Blue Ctrl’s and our partner network’s experienced personnel are ready to help and support you at any time.
Blue Ctrl offer local support through our worldwide partner network, who can supply you with spare parts and skilled engineers. In most cases, only remote support is sufficient.
Even though the system has an intuitive and award-winning user interface, Blue Ctrl recommend a user training course to ensure that the crew uses the system to bring out the vessel’s full potential. The course can be held in Blue Ctrl’s premises, or on-site, depending on the customer’s choice.
The same training course regarding system training and configuration is offered to system integrators. Configuration and commissioning support can also be remotely performed by our experienced personell, to increase the efficiency and lower the costs.
