Blue Ctrl selected by Siemens Energy to provide automation solution for vessel project

Blue Ctrl has been selected by Siemens Energy in the UAE to deliver Integrated Alarm, Monitoring and Control Systems (IAMCS) for four new vessels.

The project is part of a multipurpose vessel program, the first vessel already under construction at the owner's chosen shipyard within the UAE. The first vessel being scheduled for delivery in early 2027 with subsequent vessels scheduled in progressive delivery intervals.

Designed to support a wide range of cargo and logistics operations, the vessels will be capable of transporting passengers, containers, refrigerated cargo, heavy equipment, vehicles and trailers.

The project covers the delivery of IAMC solutions based on Blue Ctrl's automation platform X-CONNECT®, an open and modular automation platform developed to simplify the delivery, operation and lifecycle management of maritime automation systems.

The project reflects growing demand for open and scalable automation solutions within the maritime industry.
